Martin Wells-Brown - Director
Martin Wells-Brown became Chairman of Waycotts in 2006. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors having first qualified as an Associate in 1972 just a couple of months after joining Waycotts from student days in London.
Martin was initially involved with the Hotels Department but has become increasingly concerned with land and new developments and has a comprehensive knowledge of Local Plan policies and planning issues.
He now leads the Land & New Developments Department and assists individual and corporate clients with the sale and acquisition of land and buildings for development in South Devon.
