Richard White
Richard White first qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1971, is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and has practised at Waycotts for all his professional life.
He is a highly experienced surveyor with wide knowledge of the commercial property market.
In 2006 he retired as a director of Waycotts Ltd and is now a Consultant with specialist knowledge of landlord and tenant matters including in particular rent reviews and lease renewals.
