William Gater - Director
Bill Gater has extensive experience in dealing with the valuation, survey and management of residential and commercial properties in the Home Counties and the South West prior to joining Waycotts in 1982. His consultancy role includes the acquisition and management of commercial investment properties on behalf of clients.
His particular interest is dispute resolution and mediation which includes acting as an expert witness, dealing with disputed rent reviews, lease renewals and business rates appeals.
He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an ADR Group Accredited Mediator.
