The department is headed by Martin Wells-Brown FRICS and is concerned with any opportunity for the development of land and buildings.
Recent advice and sales have included:
- a residential development site (for Teignbridge District Council),
- a group of agricultural barns (for Torbay Council)
- a bungalow and adjacent plot (for a private client)
- a site for development with 16 flats (for a hotel company)
- the redevelopment of two hotels as a block of retirement flats
- the redevelopment of an existing dwelling as a site for a new house
