Matty Ash

Property Negotiator

Matty works across Waycotts’ property agency department, dealing with property disposals, lettings, investment opportunities and client enquiries across South Devon.

His role includes marketing properties, handling applicants, carrying out viewings, progressing offers, and liaising with clients, solicitors and other professional parties throughout transactions. Matty also manages Waycotts’ social media pages and assists with the firm’s online marketing.

Outside of work, Matty enjoys classic cars, exploring local history through metal detecting, and working on 3D printing projects.
