- Provide service charge budgets which are in plain English and conform to the lease requirements.
- Monitor rental payments to avoid arrears accruing.
- Instigate and negotiate rent reviews and lease renewals when required.
- We are always available should problems arise 7 days a week for tenant or landlord contact either by email, landline or mobile phone.
- We aim for our out of office hours service to be within 2 hours of contact.
- We have and will always consider taking on difficult buildings which have suffered or are suffering from management neglect for one reason or another.
