Nick, Waycotts Principal, is a Chartered Surveyor with well over 40 years’ experience in the South West property market. Following the acquisition of Waycotts in 2008, Nick operated the business alongside his other company, Taylor Son & Creber Chartered Surveyors based in Plymouth until the two businesses were merged for operational reasons in 2015, continuing to trade over the whole southwest region as Waycotts..

Nick’s main areas of work is with Commercial and Residential agency and property management.

Investment agency has grown significantly over recent years with Waycotts being involved both agency sales as well as on and off market acquisition for clients.

Having acted as an LPA receiver for one of Britain’s major banks Nick continues to offer strategic recovery advice to both insolvency practitioners and individuals.

Nick also acts as The Cary Estate Surveyor, a significant family-owned estate here in Torquay, dealing with Rent Charges and Restrictive Covenant management as well as day to day management of the family’s mixed commercial and residential investment portfolio.

Home is high up on Dartmoor which he shares with his wife Amanda, three sons and five dogs.
