Rebecca McHugh

Property Management Team

Rebecca joined Waycotts in 2021 and manages our day-to-day Xero accounting packages ensuring that both client and business accounts have a close eye always kept on them, complying with RICS accounting standards. Rebecca, has had a steep learning curve with getting to grips with the many different commercial leases out there and their interpretation to ensure that landlords get the full management service they pay for. Rebecca also issues the Cary Estate Rent charge accounts and administers all the Cary property rent and service charges portfolio.

Rebecca recently moved into her exciting new home in central Torquay. Her new garden having inspired a passion to experiment growing a variety of vegetables and fruit, has really been a hit with her dog Hugo!
